“This was a wonderful Riad set back from the a hustle and bustle of the souks but within a 2 minutes walk. Everything was wonderful from the breakfast to the room. The best feature of this Riad was the staff especially Ismail who was available at any time of the day and no request was too much for him.

I was mostly in contact with Rashid and San (sp?) throughout my visit. They were both so friendly and accommodating. They will probably be the thing I most remember about my trip here to Marrakech.
The location of the property was very convenient to most of the sights I think most people will want to visit while I’m Marrakech.
A few minutes walk to the Souks… the Secret Garden… the Madrasa… Jamaâ el Fnaa etc.

Zorro welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived, made us feel comfortable right away, gave us a tour of the property, and was always friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel is in the heart of the Medina. While that’s perfect for many travelers, I personally would choose to stay outside the Medina next time. That’s just my preference, not a reflection of the hotel.

“We had a wonderful stay from start to finish and think Ahmed lives at the Riad. When he wasn’t there Khalid was and both so helpful with sightseeing and restaurant suggestions. We stayed in the African room which was quiet, large and very comfortable. My only complaint was that the shower drain needs to be snaked. Honestly, the Palais Lamrani was the best part of our trip. “We had a very pleasant stay at Riad Luciano. The riad is clean, well maintained, and conveniently located within walking distance of the Medina, making it a great base for exploring Marrakech.
What truly makes this place special is the staff, especially Salah. He was incredibly patient, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations, directions, and anything we needed. The hospitality from the entire team really stood out and made our stay memorable.

“On arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming, with mint tea and confectionery while we registered. We were early so they happily looked after our luggage while we went for lunch. On our return we were shown to our superior room. We were somewhat taken aback once inside. The entire room was painted black, the walls and the ceiling, even the bathroom was painted black, walls, ceiling and including the bath. It obviously made it very dark and dingy and it felt very oppressive. Once the lamps……
