The living area is on the second floor with an open kitchen, dining, and living room. Off the living room is a large balcony with a table for four with an umbrella and a Weber grill.

The living room features a large sectional couch, perfect to seat the whole family. It's extra comfy and great for those vacation naps. The living room also features a 65 inch smart TV for your favorite streaming apps. With high speed wifi you never have to worry about missing anything. There's also plenty of toddler toys to keep the little ones busy!

The dining room has a 6 person table ready for your family meals and evening card games. It's fully open to the living room. The kitchen features all the things you need to cook (pots, pans, blender, water boiler, coffee maker, measuring cups, bowls, plates etc), including a dishwasher. This condo is ready for your kids! We have a baby gate at the top of the stairs, a high chair seat, plastic dishes, baby/kid soaps, toddler outdoor chairs, two pack and play cribs, low bunk beds, a wagon kids can ride in, sand toys and toddler toys/books in the living room.

Come park in one of the two dedicated parking spots directly in front of the unit. Bring your beach towels and toys, park your car and enjoy walking to it all!
