Staff fluent in English and very helpful. Fantastic pools and saunas. All sorfs of treatments available for the women ,as well as, men. Easy walking distance from Spandau town centre. Great S-bahn and u-bahn connections to rest of city.

The property was very nice, lots of amenities. The pool and gym looked great but I didn't have a chance to use them. The location was ok, bus stop nearby to get to the train station, all very convenient. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Only ate dinner 1 night, fod was very good. The rooms were clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Overpriced & Overvalued
- Main reason for coming here was spa treatments to relax and release after a long trip, but even though I went directly to order treatment - there were No times available. - Hence I had to go find a find local Thai in the near area. Are btw, is kind of “Dodgy” if you are walking in the direction away from the lake - The internet is working in the Room but unstable everywhere else. - The breakfast feels like a production Line and the variety is really less than for what I make at home myself. Just standard cheese and ham from the supermarket in small rationed sizes. - It is not possible to get an “americano” coffee. - Better breakfast & Coffee available at almost any quality baker (To find Allover the place in Berlin) - I had to wear mask inside the pool area which is kind of ridiculous. Meanwhile my hands had to touch 4 Closed Doors and 1 elevator to reaching the restaurant and/or pool Area (how many people have had their fingers there?) - The Doors and lockers work but They are quite unintuitive. You have to put card on, leave it out and wait for 1sec. Then pull the door back, while turning the special knob backwards. Then you Can push the door in (I’m on holiday, not a part time software programmer). - There is really No spa - I couldn’t find any souna (maybe it was Well hidden). - I bought this stay for a good relaxing end of the Berlin trip. It may be a hotel but definitely not a luxury spa experience.
