Fantastic stay, as expected! This is our second time here.
We had a wonderful stay at Jake's Place. This is the second time we spend our holidays at this superb location, with our entire family. Jake is a great guy. Always ready to help us, just one phone call away! Highly recommend this dream location to other people! Thank you again Jake!

Amazing Views
This is lovely house and the views are even better in real life. Jake was a great host who had the house cleaned earlier because I told him we would arrive at 1pm.I would give more stars if I could.Thanks Jake

Luxurious accommodation, amazing Merimbula Bay view, and friendly owner. Five Stars!
This is one of the best looking holiday villas I have rented so far in Australia, and I have been living in this country for more than 20 years. The house is clean and modern looking, with one spacious master bedroom and two other beautiful bedrooms on one side, all three with astonishing views of the Merimbula Bay, from a well chosen vantage point. There is another bedroom with four bunk beds for adventurous teenagers and young adults on the other side of the house. The front garden looks great, reflecting the passion and care of this owner, Jake, for his property and his guests. This villa was spacious enough to comfortable fit 10 adult guests, from three different generations of my family. We will definitely spend future holidays at this location! Wonderful experience Jake! Thank you for everything!

Easter Weekend
The property was perfect for a family weekend away! It was clean, tidy and well equipped. The view from the balcony was a perfect way to end the day watching a sunset. Thanks Jake for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Family holiday
Excellent property. Housed 12 of us (6 adults and 6 children) comfortably. More kitchen appliances than normally seen. Great views from the balcony and lots of seating options. Netflix a bonus for all. 5 minutes to Magic Mountain and Merimbula. Wine and chocolate a bonus - thank you

Beautiful house for entertaining
An absolutely beautiful house, Jake was a great host. The house had everything we needed for a boys weekend away - plenty of room to entertain. Great balcony to enjoy meals overlooking Merimbula. We loved the game room downstairs with the pool table and dart board. All the rooms were spacious, especially the main room. Kitchen was fully loaded with all appliances you need. Chocolate on the pillows was a nice touch and a few bottles of wine in the wine rack was a nice gesture. Jake was very thoughtful and really responsive if we had a question. The late checkout was really appreciated. The location of the house is in a really quiet location which was nice. This is a great house to entertain for friends or a family, I am sure our group will be back again.
