“My stay at Quality Inn Midway, PA, was quite disappointing. I booked my reservation through Expedia, and when I noticed the charges were higher than expected, I politely asked the front desk for clarification. The front desk employee mentioned that Deb, the manager, would be able to help. When she arrived, I greeted her and asked about the charges calmly. Instead of explaining the situation professionally, she responded rudely, saying something like, “I don’t know what number Expedia gave you.……

“A great deal of thought, care and concern has gone into how comfortable this bed and breakfast is. It is on a farm with horses, goats and other animals that are visible from the house but not very close. The room was very comfortable and the homemade breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed sitting in rocking chairs and a swing that are on the front porch, both in the mornings and evenings.”
