The property was clean. The room had stains in the carpet. I honestly only stayed one night and wasn't there extended, but my first appearance was minimal at best. The bed was clean and comfortable. They do charge for pets to stay and this is not stated on the site , so beware of that hidden charge.

Hotel reeked of cat urine and seemed to be visible cat feces (or something similar) around the pool area. Shower was gross and had a slimy film to it. Staff was very pleasant and helpful though.

This motel is under rated. Very pleased with our visit. Breakfast was about the best we ever had in a motel. Room well appointed and very satisfactory. Dinner close by was wonderful.

The room was clean. The mattress was old and very soft. The pillows were small and old as well. This is a dog friendly property with almost no real space to walk the dog. Additionally, the area was loaded with dog poop.

This hotel was in desperate need of an update. The bathroom in our room was mostly clean, but the tub and even the toilet paper holder was rusty. The linens on the bed were badly stained. Bed was ok comfort wise. We went to the breakfast area around 7am. Every table was dirty, and the floor in the breakfast area was sticky everywhere. Sticky as in my shoes were making a squeaking sound as I walked. I’ve stayed at dozens of Comfort Inns, and this one is not on par with the others.

1. The elevator wasn’t working, but I managed. 2. The swimming pool water was cold and so I only stuck my feet in. 3. The breakfast was ok with sausage links, and eggs. The chocolate muffin was OK. I did not try the waffles or cereal. The orange juice is really good. 4. The air conditioner worked really well. 5. Good idea to have cover slips on the chairs in the sofa, especially with smelly hikers like me coming in. 6.. room was reasonably priced.

⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5 Stars) My family traveled from Tennessee to Pine Grove to bury my grandmother at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. During such a difficult time, we hoped for a clean and comfortable place to stay. The positives: the parking lot, grounds, and lobby were clean, and the front desk staff and breakfast attendant were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was very disappointing. The security latch on the door was loose, making us question our safety. We reserved two queen beds but received two full-size beds. The bedding had stains and an unpleasant odor. The bathtub had heavy stains and mold around the caulking, and dirty towels from a previous guest were still hanging on the bathroom door. The shower constantly changed from hot to cold, the TV only received one channel, and the Wi-Fi was too weak to use reliably. Breakfast was limited, and the eggs and sausage appeared microwaved. The indoor pool was clean, but the pool area was being used to store furniture and stained mattresses, making it look unprofessional. I wasn’t expecting a luxury hotel, but I did expect a clean, safe, and properly maintained room. For the price we paid and the reason for our trip, this stay was extremely disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests have a much better experience.

A pleasant surprise considering it is a value priced hotel. Conveniently located and plenty of parking. Breakfast was also included. Do yourself a favor and DONT go to the dinner down the street. That place is awful. I did a separate review of them. This hotel is awesome and ill stay here again when in the area.

looks like the property had some major water damage in the past, but the renovations to fix the damage were well applied. only down side to this was that the property was damp and dank, the rooms could use dehumidifiers. the staff was kind and helpful. over all this was the best hotel for the price point I would stay here again if the price state the same.

Just fine

Hotel was largely fine. Place was clean. My white sheets had bleeding on them from being washed with other colors. Biggest issue was the 2 mornings I ate there they ran out of hot food for breakfast. That just can’t happen.
