“We made a reservation for this property in January and we were traveling mid-May. Four days before the arrival date, I just happened to reach out to the host regarding one of the amenities, thank goodness, and his response was that he had rented that property long-term and it wasn’t available. “we had to swap rooms 3 times. air conditioning was broke in 2 rooms and bathroom didn’t flush and flooded in another. the staff was incoherent and we had to beg Emily to help us switch rooms. the manager was very rude to me and my fiancé and refused to do a refund and made us handle the situation by our selves through a third party company (expedia) , to which she proceeded to lie to the third party company and say they don’t do refunds and we were out of luck.”

“My family and I loved our stay! The hostess was amazing—so friendly, easy to reach, and really made us feel at home. She even shared some cool history about the house, which I loved. The place was beautiful, super clean, and cozy. Great location too—close to everything and an easy drive to the wedding venue. We’d definitely stay here again!”

“Shout out to the lady that was working Friday the 30th around 3:30 and Nora at the front desk . They were absolutely amazing. They made our stay a great experience.”

“Loved the hotel and being able to get breakfast in the AM and all the amenities . Only thing was in our room we couldn’t lift the shades to let sunlight in . It was broken the entire stay. Walls are VERY thin”
