“I cannot give this rental a decent review. From the floors to the bathroom, kitchen counters, inside the refrigerator, kitchen table surface all were filthy. I would think that accommodating guests with simple things like a towel rack in the bathroom, a hook to hang your clothing ect. would be there for use. There was a half roll of toilet tissue available in the bathroom for 2 people for 3 1/2 days of a stay. The towels for showering were stored under the night stands in the bedroom and……

“We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was lovely and felt much more like a home than a hotel. It was so nice having room to spread out, a kitchen, and especially the back deck. Staying here really gave us a little taste of what it feels like to live in the area, and I think we’ll be choosing B&Bs and vacation rentals more often because of it. We’d happily stay again. 🌹”

“Property is close to attractions. However the pictures online are deceiving The building is old, which is fine but the interior has not been maintained. Blinds are broken. Door handle came off. Could really benefit from a paint refresh because doorframes and walls look dirty. 2nd bedroom door does not fully open because it is blocked by the fridge. Gaps in flooring. Neighbors above are very loud.”

“My friends and I were visiting the East Coast for a week. Midway through our trip we had to change lodgings. This property was wonderful. It was very clean, comfortable, new and so nicely decorated. It was exactly what we were looking for, since our previous lodging elsewhere was horrible. The booking and communication with VRBO and the owner were seamless. There was plenty of street parking available and the neighborhood was quiet. There were nearby breakfast places that we enjoyed very……
