"We had great time and had everything we needed. Kitchen is very well equipped and mattresses in bedroom and sofa bed were very comfy. Views of the orchard are very calming. Place also has great location for visiting Warwick castles or Stratford-upon-Avon."

"On arrival the converted barn was beautifully clean. Superb hot tub. Everything you could want was there except for a mop which would have been essential as coming from the hot tub left considerable wetness on the kitchen floor.The other detail, not shown in photos when booking, was the giant solar assisted heating pump in the small bathroom that was very off putting. Not as private as advertised due to ongoing work to the main house, not previously mentioned, overlooking the barn and in...

"A beautiful cottage which is spacious and well looked after which provided a fantastic base for our weekend away. The private hot tub was a wonderful addition to the property. Generous space in bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Hosts were very welcoming before we even got there. You could tell they think a lot of their cottage as well as being super supportive towards guests. Will definitely be back."

"It was a bit odd. Just felt like someone's house not a holiday property. A printer in the bedroom, stuff in one of the bedroom drawers, things in the kitchen cupboards. It was comfortable but the cleanliness wasn't great. Washed all the kitchen equipment before use. Batroom bin had no bin liner and a used cotton bud at the bottom."

"This hotel is always my first choice when staying in Birmingham as it is away from the city centre and has plenty of places to eat nearby The staff are always so friendly and polite I had excellent customer service at my recent check-in, there was a queue at reception and as a regular at the hotel, the guy on reception who knows me from previous stays had already checked me in, he called me forward whilst checking someone else in and gave me my keycard! Excellent customer service"
