There was trash all around the elevator, hundreds of cigarette butts by the stairs, a piece of floor was missing in the middle of the room and worst of all, huge pieces of hair on our washcloth and sheets.

The lady in the front office was very rude. My kids are on special medicine, which causes me to use my own cleaning product for the health of the kids. She told me that I had to let her clean my room. I stated to her that I will clean my room and if it makes you feel better, you can watch me clean my room, the chemicals are too strong for my kids. She told me That if I don’t let them clean my room that me and my kids will have to go from Indianapolis, Indiana. We’ve been traveling on the road. I was very tired and she was very unprofessional not booked this hotel.

My room was clean but the room smelled terrible of cigarettes, the coffee pot was broken and maybe they should just have a mirror in the bathroom not in front of the bed especially one you can’t see behind, the whole environment made me uncomfortable and unsafe
