Excellent check-in service provided, friendly staff speaks multiple languages and are willing to assist you with anything you may need on your stay. Only area of concern was the inability to adjust heating and air conditioning although there was a thermostat that allowed you to do so. Not dure if it was working properly, however, conditions were not uncomfortable so I did not raise the issue with staff. Parking garage also available in easily allowed for parking my mid-size SUV. Bottom line, it’s a great place to stay, with friendly staff, convenient parking, at a reasonable price right next to tram stop, restaurants, and grocery store.

I always stay at Hotel Europe when I visit Zurich. Great location, nice rooms, 2 blocks to train.
And a spectacular restaurant for dinners.

"Historic Grand Hotel from bygone era. Charming place. Excellent location / staff very pleasant and attentive. Rooms decor modern and at the same time classic. Park like settings on the property, so can sit and relax outdoors.
5 stars / Wonderful stay and Experience.
Would stay again when / if back in town …
