We arrived at 3.15pm and was stood knocking on and ringing the door bell for 15 minutes, there was no answer and it started to rain so we decided to drive down the coast until someone answered the phone at 4.10\. There also seemed to be a problem with the drains as our bathroom smelled of sewage so we had to keep the door shut. Parking was expensive also. Well located hotel closed to Blackpool promenade, our en-suite hotel room was clean with good reading lights and good wifi. Parking located not too far away at 5 pounds a day was safe recommended by hotel. I work in television and would not recommend this to anyone at all I basically feel cheated out of £50\. I met a freind there who wanted to see my room but couldn't bring my self to tell them how dreadful my stay was. So I would be grateful if u would compensate me.
