"Really loved the staff, plus there’s a beautiful waterfall right next to the trail behind the hotel. Plus Free shuttle service and a food kiosk with a vending machine. I'm an American so there was no problem with communication if needed I used my translate app on my phone."

"The staff was nice and helpful. However, some guests smoked although it's not allowed. The smoke infiltrates underneath the door. When I arrived in the room the air had a smell of cigarettes. At midnight a man was by the emergency exit with the door open, smoking and talking loudly on the phone. There's no phone in the room and I had to deal with the situation myself, which is not safe. The room was clean but the air conditioning didn't work. I was obliged to open the double glazing window but the noise of the road was overwhelming. Overall, my stay was not pleasant and I didn't rest. I cannot recommend this hotel."
