"Conveniently located downtown, within walking distance of restaurants, Michigan Avenue, and the Lake. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Common areas and rooms were very clean. The mattress could use replacing and more pillows would be grea. Also, the water pressure was low."

"My stay took place during an employee strike which made me upset. I hated having to cross the picket line to go to and from my lodging as I would've preferred to support the employees as they fought for their rights. Delores at the front desk was lovely and really made my check-in process so smooth."

"Everything was great the only down fall was that they had a power outage on our stay there and we had to use the stairs and mind you we were on the 15th floor and the rooms were completely blacked out but other than that the hotel was great."

"Room was clean. Staff was excellent everywhere we interacted. Water pressure and temperature control was top notch. Left extra towels on the second day which speaks to me in a good way. Took some of our party time to adjust to the L train sound but that is to be expected. A little sound is an easy price to pay for being so close to the river and broadway. Road construction in front of the hotel threw multiple ubers for a loop, suggest walking a block and ordering one from there unless the construction is gone when you get there."

"Our room was small but clean and well supplied. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. I love the Purified Water Refill stations that were available on each floor. The hotel is located within walking distance of so many places in the Loop - a really great location!"
