The a/c & heater did not work properly; during our stay, we only had the fan on. The technician came to work on it twice but was not resolved. We were left with the room temperature either very warm or very cold!

The employees were so kind and helpful. One of the concierges named Al was amazing. He helped us with anything we needed. The hotel was in an amazing location. It was close to Grant Park, theaters and was close to so many attractions, all within a walkable distance.

The property was nice, convenient for the train to the airport. We were there for 2 nights and our room was on the 1st floor, which faced the alley. It was very noisy because thats where the garbage dumpstes are. If you stay there, be sure to ask for another room location . Also, this property is affiliated with a "time share" sort of thing. Be prepared to be approached.

Everyone was so nice! Check in was a breeze and the concierge was so helpful in every aspect. They were so informative in letting us know what areas would be great to check out. Their recommendations were great! We had a great time and felt so safe there. Very clean as well!
