We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. The staff was professional and friendly. Our room was clean and well equipped especially since we were traveling with kids. The location of the hotel was in a good spot too. A lot of restaurants and places to see/visit were closed by and so were convenient stores.

Only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 star overall rating was because I got stuck in one of the elevators for 10 minutes. I assume they have fixed or will fix the problem. But apart from that, it was a great stay.

Everything was great! Location was excellent for any activity you have planned in Downtown Chicago. If you do have to travel further the train station is a very short walk to get to around. Breakfast was a great perk! Plenty to choose from. Meats are switched daily to change it up some. Having several washers and dryers available was also nice for longer stays. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Chicago.

Very clean property , best breakfast: scrambled eggs, dry cereal variety, French toast Crossaints bagel juices milk variety fresh fruits coffees green tea.
