“This place is dirty and looks like something straight out of 1992. The fireplace was aweful, the hot tub was broke, no robes like they said there would be, room smelled like bug spray, like a regal 8 motel where all the hookers hang out! Room was in a corner which was kinda scary. Bottom line, this place looks nothing like it does in their videos and pictures, the one in Downers Grove is right on a main street and it would disappoint anyone, even a homeless person. Definitely not what I was……

However, there was one small incident that left me speechless — my key card kept getting deactivated, and I had to go to the front desk three times before I could finally get into my room.”
