The space
When the desert heat beckons you indoors and you are done hiking or using the amenities (gym, hot tub, pool, serenity massages, etc. ) of the nearby Borrego Springs Resort and Spa hotel, the home’s roomy interior welcomes you. You can kick back on the cozy, oversized couch in the living area, streaming your favorite series. The modern kitchen, with its shiny countertops, top-notch stainless steel appliances, and clever tools, makes cooking a joy. Savor meals at the rustic indoor dining table or step out to the veranda, where fairy lights create a magical ambiance for al fresco dining. The primary bedroom is your personal sanctuary, complete with a spacious TV, generous walk-in closet, and a luxurious en suite bathroom. The other bedrooms are just as inviting, dressed in soft bedding and tasteful touches. Added bonuses include a private washer/dryer and refreshing central air-conditioning. As night falls, venture outside to gaze at the dazzling Milky Way, a frequent spectacle in the clear desert sky. Gather with friends or family around the firepit, swapping stories and cherishing moments under the starlit canopy.

Borrego Springs is located in the middle of California's largest state park, called Anza Borrego Desert State Park, and is part of San Diego County. The area around the house offers plenty;

People say Borrego Springs is what Palm Springs was 40 years ago.
Tourists often also go to Julian, CA, for mine tours, mountain hiking, and yummy pies—the mountain town is only 40 minutes away. Another option for a day trip is Palomar Mountain (60 minutes), which offers free Hale Telescope tours and awesome spots for mountain hiking. The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens in Coachella Valley is 75 minutes away, and Joshua Tree National Park is 90 minutes away.
Street traffic and traffic lights are non-existent in Borrego Valley. If you like driving, you really can enjoy your trip and the scenery.
The house is located on the Borrego Springs Resort and Spa golf course. The golf course is currently closed, but guests are welcome to walk the trails.
This home is not a random investment property owned by a hedge fund company but our family's personal second home that we've owned and cherished for years.
