My only complaint is you have to pay $20 a night for parking. I stay at Hampton hotels for most of my business travels and never had to pay for parking at any of them.

Clean with spacious, well-appointed rooms. Very modern. The free shuttle to the airport was efficient. There is a shopping mall across the street with a couple restaurants and a supermarket. My only complaint is there is quite a bit of waste. Paper cups, plastic cutlery. Everything disposable when it does not have to be.

The stay was fair. This hotel offers a free breakfast. It was limited at best, with very few options citing a "delivery" delay. During our 3 night stay, multiple people complained. The ice machines weren't working on 2 of 3 floors that had them. One elliptical machine out of two was not working and there were no antibacterial wipes for the machines in the fitness center - they had a container of baby wipes. The hallways were noticeably warm. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. They offer full size shampoo, conditioner and body lotion for use during the stay. There is paid parking onsite via a 3rd party app.

This was probably one of my favorite hotels we stay in on our trip. It was clean, breakfast was great, staff very friendly, and very up to date. It also was not far from downtown Boston.

GOOD: We were impressed with the rooms as they were more spacious than most hotel rooms. There was more than abundant storage for our clothes, ie, at least four drawers. I rate an A for having so many available outlets and ports for our electronic devices - loved that! The shower was walk in and very large. The transportation van was reliable and the drivers were good and safe. Most of the check in staff were very helpful and pleasant. POOR: The towels could have been larger and fluffier. The breakfast dining options were very limited and poor quality. The server/cleaner in the dining room did not do a good job of keeping the tables cleared or cleaned, it was not pleasant to sit at a dirty table with someone elses left over eggs and sticky syrup etc. This property is in a semi-industrial area which seemed kind of weird, but I never felt unsafe. There is a Mexican restaurant nearby, a 5 Guys hamburger place nearby, a Starbucks nearby, and a Grocery Market nearby (but all employees were Spanish speakers only though). I would not hesitate to book this hotel again if I needed to be in Boston area.
