Woof. This is in a pretty desolate part of town. The building is extremely run down and grimy. Our room was clean in regard to the sheets, floors, etc—but it is so outdated (the bathroom was really rough) that there’s only so much they can do. I would pay a lot to avoid staying here again.

Room was clean, beds comfortables, that's what we want. The immediate area around the hotel isn't super nice, but you walk 5 minutes and there's everything: outlets, restaurants, café, train station, etc

The location of the property was good, not too far of a walk to the train and shopping. The shuttle to the airport was very handy and appreciated. Our room was clean, but the hallways, doorways, elevators and grounds around the building were NOT. The staff was friendly and helpful.

In cities like Boston, the hotels around the airport can be incredibly expensive. This La Quinta was acceptably less expensive than its competitors, and we've stayed at La Quinta and have enjoyed them. This one was not exceptional, and very nice. Considering all of a scores of canceled flights on Sunday, I was pleased to find any place near the airport at midnight that still had rooms. The bed was comfortable and the room was roomy. Breakfast was no different than the routine Expressway locations they have throughout the country.

The staff was friendly and helpful including recommendations for food and shopping. The room was clean but dated. Overall it was a very good experience, close to Assembly Square.

This place is incredibly filthy. The carpet is stained with what looks like blood, it smells of sewage and it's unkempt. Do not spend any of your time here.

I've stayed here many times. The room we were put in was deplorable (715).immediately upon entering, the smell was awful. I went to turn on the air (hot and humid day, air was set at 68°). The carpet was completely soaked from about 10 feet away right up to the window. The entire room was damp, carpet very damp. I can't imagine what kind of mold or bacteria is growing under that wet carpet. The table and chairs were pulled out towards the center of the room, an obvious attempt to hide the wet carpet. The air conditioner sounds like a freight train, making it impossible to sleep. I cannot imagine that the condition of the room is not known to the staff. Why anyone would think a paying customer would be comfortable there is beyond me. I will never stay there again, no matter how low the price.

The hotel facilities need an upgrade. There is that strange smell inside the room as well as the escalator. The fan inside the bathroom sounds like an airplane engine. But the front desk people are nice. Don’t think will come back again.

Not worth the price. Shower and even hallways smelled like mildew. Towels were damp when I got to room. Shower temp was impossible to control, either lukewarm or scalding. Wifi was super spotty too. Overall, building looked pretty rundown and dingy. Only positive is that staff were nice. Not bad if you need a place in a pinch but otherwise, spend your money elsewhere.
