Hotel hallways smelled like someone was smoking. Floors were sticky in room . Couldn’t close bathroom door . And if I did I was stuck . Terrible

There was bugs in the bed upon arrival and didn’t receive any type of compensation, when brought to the desk clerk we we’re continuously told with a very rude attitude that the manager will call us Monday morning but it’s Tuesday and I still didn’t receive any call over all bad experience with the hotel I wouldn’t book there.

My father and I stayed here while we were I. Boston for doctors appointments. The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. We don’t explore to much as we were on time restrictions with doctors appointments but the hotel seemed to be right in the heart of a lot of food and shopping options. We would def. Consider this hotel again if we are back in town.
