Great location in a quieter section of town. The hotel was clean, comfortable and nice staff. What I was unhappy about was the additional fee they charged (resort fee). It’s hardly a resort. I did not benefit from a single resort fee service. The gym was closed and the rooftop bar closed earlier than normal due to COVID-19. I understand but why still charge the resort fee?

Due to the corona virus there was no cleaning done. So no bins emptied no clean towels etc. We were not informed of this when we checked in. We asked at reception and then we were told. I feel guests should be informed of this our bins were overflowing. The bar and restaurant closed too.
