Staff is nice and welcoming. We had a little inconvenience with the AC which was taken care of right away. Just a few blocks from all the places we wanted to visit. I would stay here again.

While the hotel was centrally located and room upkeep very good, front desk offered little to no assistance with recommendations and places to see while in Boston. Thought they would have been more advocates for the city and what makes it a great place to visit. Also, hotel did not have a pool which would have offered relief from the summer heat.

Location was good, close to the park, dining and shopping. Nice restaurant and bar. Room was large enough and had a nice bed but many of the small things were missing. No water glasses or wine glasses. No slippers or robes. No chairs on the balcony. No wine opener. No fridge. No Expedia VIP room upgrade or any VIP perks whatsoever. There was a sign for a vending machine but there wasn’t one there. Window coverings and rugs are looking quite dated. For the price I would have expected much more. Would classify this as a 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star.

I requested a fridge and microwave, and I got them in the room. I love the lemon leaf soap and body lotion! 😊 The location is very walkable to Boston Common and Chinatown. Overall, I have a good stay here.

Great on trend hotel for the 4th of July. The room was clean and had daily cleaning service. Not the cheapest, but to be expected in a city.

When we got to our room, the washroom had hairs around the toilet, sink, and tub. The curtains had stains, and the shampoo nozzle was broken. I reported the broken nozzle and it was never replaced.

The plumbing is very loud in the hotel. The room was clean and staff was kind. The rooftop bar appeared to be a place to hang out according to the photos, but it is run like a restaurant where you are seated, served, and leave when you are done.
