“ Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. ”

“This was a great property and centrally located within walking distance of all downtown Fredericksburg has to offer. Check-in and check-out were easy and the property owner was responsive to all questions we had. We would 100% stay here again!”

“Perfect location and perfect property! The condo was great for our anniversary! The furnishings and amenities were top notch! We would go back again 100%. Recommend renting a golf cart. All of the places to eat are locally owned supporting small business in this community is a great feeling! The owner was so great to communicate with, so very helpful! ”

“We didn’t actually stay, the place was a little odd, and the guests I was with were a bit uncomfortable. There were a lot of spider eggs under the furniture and my mother saw numerous bugs. The padlock the get inside was either broken or dead so we were instructed to go through the other entrance of the house which was another rental, but they kept a spare key to our unit (the basement) in the upstairs rental which kind of scared some of us. Overall, the basement itself was spacious and cute……
