I recently stayed at the Comfort Suites in Bowling Green, KY, and had a decent experience. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, which was a great start. However, the hotel itself was a bit of a mixed bag. While the property was generally well-maintained, it felt a bit dated and could use some updating. One area for improvement was the breakfast options, which were limited and didn't offer much variety. The room was adequate, but not particularly noteworthy. Overall, it was an okay stay, but not outstanding.

There was limited towels we reserved a room for 5 people and not enough towels in room. Also found last person swimming suit and beach towel hanging in the bathroom behind the shower curtain.

It was conveniently located around plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The continental breakfast was phenomenal! The staff was so polite And extremely helpful. We will definitely stay again, next year.

Clean rooms, super comfy beds. My teens enjoyed the indoor pool. The elevators and pool were just a few steps around the corner from the front desk—super convenient! The free breakfast was great—plenty to choose from and the lady managing that area was really nice and didn’t boot us out even when it was time for breakfast to be over (my teens came down like 5min before the end!). Front desk girl in the evening for checkin was great as was the guy at checkout the next morning! Price was great too for all this😊

My unit had ants in it and they did not refund my stay after they said they would and management gave me the run around. Never refunded our stay despite having leave unexpectedly due to unsatisfactory conditions. Despite showing proof on video of insects in the room.

We stayed here two non-consecutive nights over the last week, and our check-in experience with Melanie was 5 stars. The room we stayed in was perfect for our needs, but the property is a little worn. The staff upon check out on our first was less than friendly.
