"Villa was easy to find with google maps. Elena was very hospitable and provide a great overview of the property along with surrounding area. The pool was very refreshing for our hot days with lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas to choose from. It was an ideal location after touring Italy for 3 weeks- very peaceful and relaxing!"

Nel cottage non mancava nulla, dal caffè all’acqua, l’olio di loro produzione e i fichi freschi del giardino. Un luogo incantevole e magico, si percepisce subito imboccando la stradina di campagna (comodamente asfaltata) che si snocciola fra pascoli, campi e macchia. Tramonti mozzafiato e silenzio assoluto. Insomma, io e mio marito non vediamo l’ora di tornare!"

"When we came to the 'reception' to gain access to the property, we were advised that the unit was not available because it had already been taken (?!) and we were being given a 'suite' in the same building as the reception. The problem was that this was nowhere near the sea. Rather than 20 steps, it was an hour's walk away on mean suburban roads largely without sidewalks. The switch in location also caused headaches for a taxi pick-up to the airport that had already been arranged for the...

"We notified our host that we would be arriving in Rome via train at 9:45pm days before our arrival date. While we’re waiting for a taxi to get to the location he notifies us that checkin closes at 10pm (note this site doesn’t have any remote access capabilities) and to hurry up, but the location is a 40 minute drive from the train station. After 20 minutes he proceeds to tell us that they’re going home for the night and that we should fend for ourselves for the night - goodbye. He then stopped...
