Three strikes and your IN?

Did not stay in the unit we had rented due to the fact, the parking lot was being resurfaced and re striped on the day of our arrival. Luckily, we got there early enough that the management was able to get us another unit. Only problem with this is there was a flight of stairs so that didn’t work.. on the third unit. It was a nice three bedroom unit in the same area. Problem was there were no luggage carts although posted signs said they were supposed to be there. My wife and I are very handicap and had to kill ourselves to get our stuff up to the room. The refrigerator never got anything cold or even cool. There was a big crack in the freezer. The main couch was broken and we were sitting almost on the floor. there was a nasty hairbrush in one of the kitchen drawers. An entire bank of electrical outlets, including the toaster and the microwave did not work. Luckily, we were able to strip the breaker. You don’t call it tripping the breaker to get power back. Management was wonderful and really cared, but there needs to be some better attention to the. Unit between occupants.

Great Place for a family

This was our first VRBO experience and we will definitely be back! Location was great- very close to the 76 strip, Walmart, and many restaurant choices. Matched the online listing perfectly and all amenities were provided.

Not horrible but not great

The good: Property is in a great location. Very close to everything. Easy to find parking. Really appreciated the elevator and that there was a luggage cart. Apartment is spacious. Beds were probably some of the most comfortable we've had at a VRBO. The bad: Pull out sofa was completely busted. There is no way this property can comfortably sleep 6 to 8 like it is posted. The TV in the living room has a complete blue tone to it, still watchable, but everything will be blue toned. Not a giant deal UNLESS you are there on Thanksgiving weekend to spend family time watching movies and football! Kitchen is very spacious but VERY minimally stocked. With VRBO's you never know what you will get. This is just an FYI for anyone who is wanting to cook. You will find a few pot/pans and utensils. You will need to plan to bring any cooking items (foil, spray, etc.) There are zero wash rags or cleaning supplies in the kitchen. Also for a group of 5 we were provided two rolls of toliet paper, so you might plan accordingly on your trip. I communicated the issue with the pull out bed and the TV to the owner right after arrival. I did receive a response the next day that they would note those things, but no offer for any rectification. I didn't need a lot, but if we aren't receiving what we are paying for or what is posted I did expect more than "Thank you for letting us know. We will take care of those." I am not a needy person, but I felt slighted in that response.

Could be a great condo

The property was fine for location and comfort, but it is not clean! The carpet is filthy! Moldy coffee grounds in coffee pot, food on kitchen towels and on dish drying mat. I tried to communicate to owner the conditions but never got any response. A new cleaning crew should be considered. Not a premium host or property.mat. Dust on futhick. Wbath to

Great location in Branson

We were in Branson for a Softball tournament, and had many other excursions and the condo at Thousand Hill is a great location.

Great property. Great location.

This condo is in a great location and holds several people comfortably. Way better than a hotel! We had 4 adults and 2 children. The kids thought it was fun to sleep on the pullout couch in the sun room. I’m not sure that bed would’ve been comfortable for adults but the kids did fine. Each bedroom has an en-suite bath and a comfortable, king size bed. Nice kitchen and plenty of room for everyone to sit down and eat.

Great Branson location

We very much enjoyed our stay in Branson. The property provided great amenities and was well located to entertainment venues, downtown Branson and Branson Landing.

Branson

Property was nice. Management not responsive to texts regarding a couple of issues other than “thanks for letting us know”. Never sent anyone to fix anything (running toilet and shower head spraying over top of shower door!). Our first day there we couldn’t figure out how to turn on tv (3 remotes) and called & was told they would have someone call us back which never happened! Also you might want to take some towels and washcloths as they were very limited in what was there.

Cleanliness

The carpet was a little dirty in front of kitchen, dining room & living room. I think for a rental that should be replaced with hard or vinyl flooring so dirt would just mop up. Otherwise Great

Great location

We really enjoyed our time in Branson. The condo was very accommodating. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Only suggestion is that carpet could use a good cleaning, even though I'm sure it is hard to keep clean with a constant turnaround of guests. Overall.. great stay!

Wonderful vacation facility

Clean unit with great two king bedroom two bath setup. Has full kitchen with plates, glasses and silverware. We loved the location. We attended shows and activities on both ends of town and on north side. It was easy to get to all areas in a short period of time. Would definitely recommend to friends.
