Less than Luxe

The property is large and nicely maintained outside, but there is a lot to be desired. I sent all of my specific suggestions to the owner so hopefully there will be some updates to the concerns that we had.

60th Wedding Anniversary gathering

My family of 10 adults and two babies stayed for five days and found this property very comfortable and spacious. We especially liked the each bedroom had its own bath. Just a note there are flights of stairs to get on the main level.

Home Away from Home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. There was easy access to attractions but it was still secluded enough that deer wandered into the yard. The house was beautifully furnished and met the needs of our large group. I would definitely stay at this property again on future visits to Breckenridge.

Stunning home and setting

An absolutely beautiful home with stunning views from every window! The home was gorgeous and well-equipped for our family, the location was perfect for ease in and out of town, and the accommodations were comfortable and lovely. I would definitely stay here again with my family!

Disappointed

The property did not have a hot tub. The grill did not work very well. The fire pit did not work at all. When we called the number given to us to get it fixed no one ever called back. The instructions in the house about check out did not at all match the instructions that were later emailed to me.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home just 5-10 minutes away from Main St in Breck. Had all the amenities we needed, super comfortable stay, will definitely be back! Host was also very responsive and helpful.

Family Reunion in Breckenridge

We had two families get together and this house was perfect. We had ten adults and college-age kids, everyone had their own rooms and beds and plenty of space. The kitchen was spacious and tons of seating and couches, privacy all around and only a few minutes to town and the gondola. We would definitely stay again!

Great location.

We loved the location and the property. The property manager was very attentive on any questions that we had. They also provided for a baby high chair, which was great because we had a baby under one stay with us. The only downfall was that the cleanliness needed some work; floors, windows, and grill (outside) needed cleaning. Cooking mittens and high chair were dirty from previous occupants as well. With that being said, we would definitely stay again to this property because of the location and the space that the house provides.

Great for the whole family

With 5 bedrooms and a private bathroom off each bedroom, this property is perfect for the whole family. The house is very clean, very well kept and is fairly new. Our family loved it.

Skiing in luxury

Thank you for a wonderful home to return to each night after skiing, tubing, snowmobiling and enjoying Breckenridge. Beautiful accommodations, clean and located in an area that was convenient for activities in all directions. We had the best time entertaining our guests from Baton Rouge and Washington DC. As our homebase is Colorado Springs, it certainly was an easy trip, thanks to your Old School Professionalism. Rest assured, these accommodations would come highly recommended. Beautiful and Luxurious

I believe we were some of the first renters as this property appeared to be brand new! The house is stunning. Warm and inviting, heated floors and 3 car garage, cozy fireplaces. Very well appointed with a convenient mud room with built in cubbies right off the garage Beautiful master suite. Short drive to Breckenridge. Highly recommend!

Best place to stay in!!

This house is beautiful. The number of windows it has with the landscapes full of snow looks like a postcard image, something incredible. The division of the rooms and the game spaces make it possible for young people to enjoy the games room without disturbing people who also want tranquility in the same house. It has a central sound system based on Sonos that lovers of sound quality will love. The internet works perfectly, the availability of tools in the kitchen is ideal for the number of people who enter the house. We loved that the heating is a radiant floor, which makes the environment more natural. The heated garage is great for cold-susceptible seniors to be comfortable getting in and out of the car. The location of the house is perfect, very close to BreckenRidge. Will stay in this house again for sure next snow season.

Home was beautiful but could have used but more cleaning.

This home was amazing! The location/ neighborhood was perfect! The house was very spacious and gorgeous, I can’t say enough. It could have used a little more cleaning. Garage had bunch of garbage bags from previous people. Hair all looking things on floor. We found kids cereal on carpet and a floss pick. Besides that everything was great! I would defiantly stay here again.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful stay at Zora’s home. It’s a gorgeous home with stunning views out (literally) every window. There was tons of snow which made it even prettier. The pictures don’t do it justice. The game room with a huge attached ski storage closet is great as well. Zora and the Evolve team were quick to answer any questions. We hope to visit again!
