The house overall was just great! The kitchen is such a nice size, great table! The living room couch is super long, we had lots of fun playing games together in this room.The hot tub was wonderful, such a beautiful setting! Super neighborhood for a walk.A few suggestions...more backup TP in bathrooms. More hot tub towels, need to have one for each guest. The pull out bed mattress is a joke...just horrible. We even tried it on the ground...really needs to be replaced. The outside of the house really needs some care. There is nowhere to sit outside, except for the wooden table and benches. The deck out front is rotting, not safe. If it had been "sittable," cushions would have been nice, as the chairs are old and uncomfortable. Many of the windows are not in working condition.

Family Trip

Stayed with my 4 kids and my sister and her 4 kids. Wonderful location with beautiful trail along a stream just a short way down the street that the kids loved. Lots of room to prepare meals and feed 8 hungry kids. Everything was clean and kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for a family getaway in the mountains

The property was great for my family to spend a week in the mountains. The place had enough space to accommodate 8 adults comfortably. There is a free shuttle less than 100 yards away that make it easy to get to and from the base and town. The house did have some minor cosmetic issues (i.e. broken chair, broken shades, etc.) and did not have enough kitchenware/cups given the size of the house and number of people. Otherwise, great place to stay, would recommend it to anyone, and would be open to staying there again in the future.

Summer Vacation

We as a family of 8 really enjoyed our time here in CO hiking, biking etc. It was a great time, this house served us well, hot tub was great, all in all we enjoyed our time in the mountains and being together as a family!! Thank you for letting us use this house!!

Beautiful area and home

We had to communicate a lot of very minor issues with the property with the manager/owner. They were very responsive. Its a shame people dont take better care of the properties they are renting. It is a great place!

House was as advertised. Clean, close to town and hiking trails, kitchen fully stocked. Host was quick to respond to questions. Stay was excellent.

Filthy and neglected

If I could give a negative star for cleanliness, I definitely would. Here are just a few examples: Gum on window Master bath mat is filthy, while it was supposed to be white, it was not. Master TV remote battery was exploded and not working Bugs and filth on window sills Tape on ceilings and walls Marks and filth on walls and trim Stained mat in front of garage door Water in downstairs soap dispenser Mildew and Water damage in upstairs bathroom Stains on the comforter Cobwebs in the corners Bathroom walls have streaks of filth running down them Baseboard heaters have been damaged Doors have stains of filth from hands And the list continues on. As a homeowner and a landlord I would be embarrassed and completely upset that my home has been neglected to this extent. I’d you’re good with filth - it’s a great stay. If not, stay away. When I addressed the issue with the property management company, my complaints were swept under the rug along with all the other filth. Too bad, it could be a pretty home.

Nice place

This was a nice house and suites our geoup of 5 well. The bus stop to Breck is close which makes this location good if you are planning to ski. Be aware that it is a long walk to town. It’s doable, but not what I would consider close. Overall the house has great spaces. It would benefit from some new pillows. Non of them were great. It’s in need of some paint touch ups and a good deep clean, but that is to be expected of any house at the end of ski season. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Fall family vacation

Great Location and Accommodation for a Family Ski Trip

The property was great for our family ski trip. We were able to get ski access to the slopes just down the street, and catch the shuttle on the way home. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Our kids enjoyed having the video games to play with. We had plumbing issues while we were there, preventing use of the bottom floor for a day, but the management was responsive and addressed the issue.

Awesome Time in Breckenridge

We had our family - kids, grandkids and a parent join us in Breckenridge and the vacation home was perfect. Lots of room, pack-n-play and highchair for our youngest grandchild. Kitchen had lots of appliances and plenty of dishes for all 11 of us. Kids and adults loved the hot tub. The house was great and would definitely rent it again.
