“This is an old hotel, it used to be Hyatt hotel and was purchased by Hilton. The y had a covering of green slime over most of the floor caused by an algae growth. Room service did not clean on any day and we were told that room cleaning is every other day. Not good for the price of that missing service. We had booked for three nights but left because of the condition and lack of service after two nights. Front desk is a place of smiled anf nothing else. Never here again!”

“The breakfast was pretty good. The man running the breakfast area was on point and pleasant. Couple of issues I had; our room was not exactly clean. There were smudges, dirt and old toothpicks in corners, the bedding had torn corners and worn, the beds were far too tall and I don’t understand how any elderly person would’ve been able to stay there, the bed frames under the bed were collapsing slightly, pull out bed mattress NEEDS to be replaced, a little bit of black mold on the window frames……

“My wife, my family, and I recently stayed at the resort, and overall, it was a great experience. This trip felt like a full circle moment for us. When we first visited in 2013 for Valentine’s Day, we were college students and a young couple. Returning now with our two young kids, especially for our youngest son’s first Easter, made it even more special.
