PARADISE POINTE is gated & on a mountain at tristate corner of AL,TN,GA. Walk our HIKING TRAIL to tri state corner. Paradise Pointe has 1 HuGe INDOOR HEATED POOL with bathrooms, showers & outdoor deck, all of this is 180 feet long. 15 units has access to pool house. Basketball court. Cabin has hot tub, Infrared fireplace, fire pit, charcoal grill, WIFI, 2 king beds, 1 & 1/2 baths etc. ENJOY VIEW FROM BLUFF & POOL DECKS!

Main floor is open concept, it has living room, kitchen, king bed & bathroom. Walk upstairs to king bed & 1/2 bath.

PET FEE: Ask owner before booking if you have a pet. Pet fee is $100 per pet maximum 2. If you bring a pet & did not pay you will be charged or ask to leave.

Cabin is for 4 guests. Upon approval we allow 1 extra guest for a fee of $40 per stay. If you bring more than 4 & did not pay you will be charged or ask to leave.

There are several stairs to climb to get to cabin.

1/2 of payment will be due when booked & other 1/2 will automatically be charged to your card 30 days before arrival. If your check in date is less than 30 days, both payments will be due at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy! 100% refund minus $50 booking fee if you cancel at least 60 days before check in. 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check in. NO REFUND if you cancel less than 30 days before check in.

BREATHTAKING VIEW
Pictures do not do this place justice! The view is spectacular and there are so many property amenities. The cabin was extremely clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. We only stayed one night but we will be back next time for a longer stay!! I cannot say enough good things about this place!

My family enjoyed a wonderful week at paradise pointe! Lovely cabin with awesome amenities! We enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, and basketball court! Highly recommend this excellent property!

Vacation on cloud 9
The cabin we rented was perfect. Location and all amenities was everything plus some of what was advertised. We did have problem getting wifi connection which was hard to occupy a 2 year old sometimes but could be expected as being up on mountains. Very nice rental.wpuld definitely do again.

Great family spot.
Great house, very comfy beds, great family atmosphere. A big rain came through and some rain leaked in the window above the downstairs bed. No too bad for the huge amount of rain. Great view and kids loved the pool!

Mountain Top Majesty
Sylvia & Brent’s cabin was clean and cozy. It was the perfect getaway. We were there during a rainy week and enjoyed the pool and massive TVs. The hot tub was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend Cloud 9 to anyone.
