### Lakefront Suite in Bucharest with Terrace, Free Parking and Netflix

Welcome to our cozy guest suite on a private street, surrounded by trees and nature and far from the city noise. Relax on the spacious balcony overlooking the lake, bask in the quiet ambiance and explore the city from a unique point of view. Recently renovated, the suite offers kitchen equipment for preparing small meals and reheat food, private bathroom with walk-in shower, a comfortable queen bed, high-speed WiFi, and Netflix. Just 18 minutes from the vibrant city center, experience the perfect blend of peaceful retreat and convenient urban accessories in this spacious place. With a spacious 42 square meters, at the 2nd floor of a beautiful house, the suite offers a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, a coffee machine and electric kettle—perfect for preparing light meals and snacks. Note that the suite is not equipped with a dedicated kitchen or kitchenette. The cozy master bedroom features a luxurious queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The guest suite occupies the 2nd floor of the house, and is connected to the rest of the house via a closed door. Step onto the expansive 25 square meters terrace and be captivated by the view of the lake. Whether sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening, the balcony offers the perfect backdrop for relaxation. Guests have access to the entire apartment with it's amenities, the garden and the free parking spots in front of the house. \*The ground floor of the house is occupied by the owner. No shared walls or other common spaces except the garden\*
