Lately this neighborhood has become one of the ¨coolest¨ districts of the city, offering a great variety of bars, gourmet and ethnic restaurants, design boutiques, art galleries and an active night life around Plaza Serrano and Plaza Armenia. This neighborhood owes its name to the presence of the main TV, radio and film making producer’s studios.

The master bedroom has a balcony with an outdoor shower with heated water where you can sunbathe or enjoy a refreshing shower. It has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a two single beds.
Both comfortable bedrooms offer cotton sheets and quality pillow-top mattress.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay, including: Coffee Maker, Toaster, electric kettle, Microwave, juicer and Fridge with Freezer compartment, Oven & Stove-top, Pots & Pans and other utensils.
The apartment has one full bathroom and one half bath
If you will be working from the apartment, it is equipped with a desk in each bedroom as well as in the living room.

On the top floor of the building you will find the small pool, solarium and a multipurpose room with terrace, tables and chairs, as well as WiFi internet connection.
The rates include: Linens and towels, electricity, building fees, city taxes, TV, telephone, water and final cleaning .
