Everything from the start to finish was great only down side was the room looked like it was cleaned in a hurry. There was a big stain of the sheets itself and the the floor was full of dog hair and dog food. It was not clean at all. Customer service was 10/10 tho along with the check in and check out no issues.

We booked 5 rooms as group all for two queen beds. When we arrive after 5:00 pm on a hot day, one room we were given had towels and linen all over the floor and beds. Obviously an uncleaned room. When we told the front desk, we were give a room with one bed and a sofa in which there was nothing in the bathroom, no towels, no tissue paper. Also, one of our three cars driving from Page without any problems got a flat tire. We went to the Sam's club to fix the flat tire to find out there was nothing wrong with the tire. Obviously it was someone on the property to release the tire pressure on purpose. We felt unsafe in a place like that.

Nice, filling hot continental breakfast (waffles! Eggs! Sausage!) And the pool was actually cool, not warm like a bowl of soup. Room itself was standard motel but it suited our needs and was available for one night instead of requiring a two night stay. Overall very satisfied

We arrived at the property and the bed had no sheets. Anthony said that yeah they didn’t have sheets anymore. I booked many many days ahead of time they had stain sheets and another room that I have booked. He agreed to give us our money back because he agreed that it was really bad, we ended up paying for two rooms at another hotel a lot more expensive

Reported issues were never corrected, and one was the beeping smoke slsr from the moment walked in, other was inopperable phone. Extremely difficult to connect with front desk, without walking over in scorching 112 heat. Room was full of desert dust in all the corners and cobwebs. Bathtub, pool and spa were all chipping away at top layers. No ice machine! Tiny fridge had a freezer box that was unusable as iced over. Safe was old school requiring a key, but no key was provided. Shower head was so calcified that soray was totaly random. Check in/lobby had no restroom available, and this is also where breakfast was served. Lobby was very clean. Breakfast was good, well supplied and decent variety. Pricing was one of the lesser in the area that also provided breakfast. Will not be going back.

The property is aged but fairly clean. Staff was friendly, except housekeeping knocked on the door over an hour before check out. And something should be done when there is a barking dog in a room.

Upon entering the place and seeing how old and dirty it was (plus the empty parking with 3 cars)!I asked for my $ back but the guy behind the counter said we could leave but no $ would be refunded. First room we checked into had a foul smell.The open window and the AC on when we walked in was a def clue) We couldn’t stand it so got a diff room. The AC was so loud we couldn’t sleep. NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN.!!!!! Place is in dire need of a cleaning job and new quiet AC units. Not recommended!!!
