Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place.”

“Hotel was clean, very close to the shopping centre, the biggest letdown for this hotel was the lack of car parking, the car park was close to 0.5 kms away which is not acceptable carrying luggage from car to apartment and back, I ended staying at another car park 170 metres away and paid full price for the park”
