"The gentlemen who greeted us upon arrival, ushered us to breakfast and helped us pack up our vehicle upon departure was phenomenal!!! He never missed a beat and was the most memorable host I have ever encountered at a hotel!!! The young gal who was putting out the food for breakfast was having a meltdown in front of customers and was speaking poorly of their staff who were preparing the food. It was not a good look. Overall, our stay was nice. Noise carried from room to room, so it was hard to sleep soundly between doors shutting, people talking, etc. The rooms were nice. The front lobby could use an upgrade (furniture, etc. was worn/dated)."

"We had a super time during our overnight visit. The Lodge is well located, easy to park and use the gondolas to get to mtn village and town. The restaurant is great. The pool/hot tub is fantastic. We came back after check out and a bike ride for a late lunch and hot tub on Sunday."

"We had a great stay for a weekend wedding. The host had excellent communication and check-in was very simple. We appreciated that there was parking for two vehicles in the lot across the street since both of our larger SUVs would not fit in the garage. The condo is as described and clean though not spacious. This was perfectly fine for our needs, especially for the value of this property in Telluride, but know that the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the small side and there are stairs to navigate. We also loved the location. It is walkable to downtown, has a free shuttle stop nearby and is close to the river trail which will take you right to the gondola. Overall a great stay for the price and would recommend!"

"We stayed here with our two boys (3 years and 10 months) and couldn't have asked for a better setup. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and the welcome bag was a really nice touch. The place was spotless and genuinely had everything we needed - pack and play, fans, lawn chairs, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The porch was great to sit on in the morning and evening. Location is honestly the best in Telluride - steps from the Bear Creek Falls trailhead and an easy walk to the gondola.We'll absolutely be staying here again next year!"
