I have stayed many places but this property is sub par i would consider it a 2 star hotel at best. You pay a resort fee for nothing, there is never any parking have to find street parking and carry the luggage down the street. The hot tub was broken for a full day and when i went to use it it was like sitting in barely warm water, bath tub was hotter which was extremely disappointing for a winter snowboarding trip. The room i got was on the 'first floor' which is really a basement cant look out the window onto the street. Thewalls are paper thin, i got there first night after driving 9 hrs and it was so loud at midnight people running up and down the stairs, kids screaming, i could hear entire conversations word for word next door... if you want sleep for a day of boarding dont stay here. Its the cheapest in the area but i paid over 300/night, no maid service, i had to call or track them down to take out my trash and replenish towels, covid or not i expect better for this price point period!! Rooms are old, broken lamps, electrical panel covers coming off the room, shower leaked all over the floor had to use towels to wipe up after a shower. The beds SO hard, and no comforter i got a threshold target knit throw twin size on a king bed to keep me warm. The room was so cold the first night it took hours to warm up i was freezing. My experience for a nice weekend getaway here alone was horrific, the ONLY good thing is the location is amazing close to lifts and downtown shops.
