“Strongly recommend, super enjoyed the cozy room”

“The most unique hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was absolutely stunning!”

“The room was clean, and the breakfast was served on time. The food was really good, and I had a great experience overall!”

“The staff was helpful and couldnt do enough for us. Brittney abd Gavin were wondeful. The furniture was a little old.”

“The grounds are beautiful; the building is getting old and can use some work.”

“I will stay at the Imogene again. The staff was quick to respond. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Just what I needed”

“The hotel was definitely overpriced for the experience provided. The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional, which was the highlight of the stay. However, the room had several issues that made the experience disappointing. The light coming through the small window above the door was terrible and made it difficult to get the room dark enough to sleep comfortably. The bathroom was also very small and felt cramped. “Beautiful property. The staff is super-friendly and warm. We were not prepared for a mini-workout we would get by staying on the top (3rd floor), as there is not an elevator. We enjoyed the sauna and spa.”

“staffs here are very friendly. but the road is unpaved.”

“They are under some renovations Now should be great when done The room was nice The floors were comically “creaky””

“La ubicación es la mejor parte, por qué está enseguida de la góndola, me encantó que tiene lavadora y secadora, mini cocina prácticamente todo lo que necesitas, solo la habitación es un poco pequeña”

“The room was cozy, stylish, beautifully decorated, spacious, with top-quality bedding and bathroom supplies. I felt welcomed the minute I stepped in. The hosts responded to all my questions right away, and it was easy to do the self check in. Yhe coffee and cookies were great too! The only consideration travelers to Ridgway must keep in mind is that under poor weather conditions, like rain or snow, it my be hard to reach your destination, especially if you take the 550 Million Dollar Highway.……

“Wonderful spacious room. Great location with a balcony overlooking the concert area during the summer. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. Covered parking, close to shopping, restaurants and the gondolas. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again”
