Construction is complete!!! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish beachfront condo. Lounge poolside, walk directly onto the beach, or watch the sunset from the deck. The possibilities are limitless. Unwind and relax, or enjoy surfing or running along the beach right out front.
Newly built condo features modern finishes and furnishing, king bed, AC, and kitchen equipped w/cooktop and fridge/freezer.
Close to mini-market, restaurants, liquor store, or 4km from everything Cabarete offers.
The space
Cristamar is a quite beachfront condominium complex in the Camino Del Sol neighborhood just east of Cabarete. This comfortable condo is on the third floor and has stunning views of the ocean, sunsets, and the pool below. The property is beautifully designed and landscaped with 24 hour security, on site parking. Walk directly out onto the beach which has good surf, kite surf opportunities, and miles of beach to walk or run.
Guest access
Guests have access to the Cristamar amenities including a designated parking space for one vehicle, two pools, lounge chairs, beach access with covered deck right on the beach, and 24 hour security. The condo itself is 100% guest use.
