“Had the best time here. Wish I could have stayed longer. The scenery was so green and beautiful with the best views of the valleys. The room was so spacious and the restroom was very clean and huge. Had the best time in the jacuzzi watching the sunset and the pool was great too. Had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. All the staff were so helpful. Will definitely go back!!”

“La propiedad estaba muy limpia por toda las áreas. La alberca y el jacuzzi se veían bien mantenidas y sin hojas en ellas. La recámara estaba muy limpia y tenían agua de cortesía con un mini bar disponible por si querías comprar algunas botanas o bebidas. El agua estaba calientita en la regadera y tanto el a/c como la calefacción funcionaron al 100%. El desayuno continental tenía fruta y pancakes. Compramos chilaquiles y estaban muy ricos. También la hora de check out fue muy razonable.”

“The place was very clean in general, room, swimming pool, cafeteria etc. Parking is kind of small especially if big trucks park in the small bays. I'm very happy over all, staff is very Friendly Alex and the guy at night shift too( did not know his name) he was very helpful trying to accommodate my car in the parking lot next to this huge trucks.”

“Stayed here for location but left disappointed by the condition.
The best parts were the central location — I could walk everywhere — and the staff. They were genuinely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was solid, and I had no issues with AC or hot water.
But the property is really showing its age. My room had a shower drain that backed up and smelled awful. Worse, the pool and hot tub were dirty enough that I didn’t want to use them.
Given the state of the facilities, I can only suggest this……
