The Space:

This villa offers a perfect blend of hacienda-style charm and luxury across its five versatile bedrooms. This includes a unique TV room, complete with a full ensuite bathroom and a comfortable sofa bed, doubling as the fifth bedroom, offering flexibility for families and groups.

As you explore this tranquil haven, you'll discover the first three bedrooms, each boasting an ensuite bathroom. Additionally, an office and a cozy TV room with a sofa bed, which also includes an ensuite bathroom, encircle a serene courtyard adorned with a gentle fountain. This thoughtful layout strikes the perfect balance between privacy and comfort. The breathtaking living room, seamlessly extending the villa's design, features a cozy firepit and a dining table, creating an ideal space for both gatherings and relaxation.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that a $12 Environmental Fee per stay will be applied to all bookings starting February 1, 2025, to support local sustainability.

Small children should be supervised by adults at all times, adults are responsible for children's safety. Child hazards include but are not limited to: Pool & jacuzzi with no gates. This villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults or 10 people if it's a mix of adults and kids, making it perfect for families and groups.

House Rules:
* No Parties
* No Bachelor / Bachelorette groups
* No Groups under age of 25 years

Remember, this property is dog-friendly (15lbs or smaller). If you intend to bring a dog, you must notify us upon arrival. An additional $250 USD cleaning fee (per dog) will apply without exception, and last-minute arriving pets will not be allowed on the property.

Cabo del sol Community Rules:
* Cabo del sol Quiet Hours 9 pm to 8 am
* Out door music must be controlled to avoid disturbing the neighborhood
* All guests must be registered at reservation and check-in
* Any non registered guest /visitor requires Property Management authorization and security registration
* All trash must be contained in trash bags and placed in proper containers

We would like to bring to your attention that the Cabo del Sol community is currently undergoing infrastructure and amenity upgrades. As a result, there may be construction activities taking place during your stay.

In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 500 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.

This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines
