“Upon arrival we were shocked to see complete front entrance demolition/ remodeling! We honestly thought the place was closed and we were at the wrong location! After a few seconds, we notice temporary arrow signs leading us to a temporary entrance. Thank goodness. Staff greeting was professional and pleasant. No mention of the demo. We were promptly checked in and given our room #. Room was wonderful and no complaints other than location. First floor, right next to "new entrance" and double……

“Great stay”

“A clean, pleasant hotel with lots of light and friendly staff in the middle of little Leonardtown. I actually asked the front desk if they were new because of how clean everything was and they said they did a major renovation about 5 years ago. Easy (and FREE) parking across the street. Our room (a king bed) was clean and quiet. If we're ever in the area again, this is where we'd stay.”

“This is an older hotel that really hasn't kept up to today's expectations for the average hotel guest. But, for the price, I got exactly what I expected, that being a clean room, a place to bathe, a small kitchenette and a place to sleep. The staff was friendly & helpful. For those giving bad reviews for this place, I'd only remind them that this was by far, the cheapest place around. I only paid $64 per night, so I think I got a good deal.”

“This is the worst hotel I have ever booked. I got to the room and it was musty and smelled like smoke. The whole hotel is dirty. There wasn't even a sink or mirror in the bathroom. I refused to stay the night and when I asked for a refund becuase I wasn't even staying there, the management refused. If you are thinking of booking it just don't. It is disgusting, the pictures are misleading, and the management is rude. You will regret it, I definitely do.”

“Everything about this home is amazing! I loved chatting with the owner of the home and seeing the property! All the food was to die for!!! On top of all this it was so close to places for me to shark tooth hunt!!! 10 out of 10! Will be going back!!!”

“We had to book this hotel because all the other "major" hotels in the area were already sold out for Saturday October 10, 2026. We were in town for a relatives wedding being held at another "major" hotel. We Arrived at this hotel earlier than the 3pm checkin for the evening 5pm wedding. We arrived at 2pm. They allowed us to checkin early. We found out later most people staying at this hotel were there for the same wedding. Our room was nasty and smelled so bad like the carpets has never been……
