“The house was a perfect size for the 3 of us. My grandson enjoyed crabbing and fishing off the dock. We rented bikes nearby and went for a nice bike ride around Blackwater Refuge. Loved the sunrises and sunsets and the extremely peaceful location. We even had a little visitor. My grandson named the little kitty Hooper. ”

“Rob and Clarissa's property is in the perfect location on Brooks Creek. The views are spectacular! We enjoyed listening to the birds or watching the activity on the water while we sipped our morning coffee. The three bedrooms and loft space provided more than enough room for 4 adults and two 17 year old boys. Rob is very responsive to any needs his guests may have. Several members of our party enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the creek. The boys enjoyed cooling off in the pool. We also...

“My sister and I have always wanted to visit Smith Island. This house was perfect! Well appointed, comfortable, great location and terrific host. The golf cart was such a huge bonus. We had amazing water tours, walked, relaxed, spotted more birds than we could count. Everyone on the island was beyond friendly. Just had a wonderful time which was amplified by the great accommodations! ”

“The house was exactly how the pictures showed !Cute and cozy ,and clean ! Im a country girl and felt at home sitting on the porch,enjoying the breeze. The sound of the ocean was a bonus!! “Took my grandson for a weekend trip to Smith Island to celebrate his HS graduation. My daughter, also, accompanied us, since I am a 90 year old "Grammy", and need some assistance. Our cottage was clean, comfortable and had all of our needs. The host, Kim, was extremely attentive, and made our dinner the night we arrived so we could just relax. “This was a perfect place to stay, a bit far from our daily destination of Assateague but worth the drive for a place to unload and I unwind and relax without worrying about disturbing anyone, and with enough space for the whole family. We took advantage of the dock for crabbing and watching the sunset. Easy to get to, well stocked, easy to use and take care of, we would definitely stay here again.”
