The cosy apartment is in an ideal location, with the city centre within walking distance. The 55 square metre apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bedroom. The second bedroom is a closed-off balcony which has been made into the second bedroom which features a fold-out bed. There is one bathroom and this property can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the main bedroom only, a washing machine, and a television. The shared outdoor space has a garden, a pool and children's pool, as well as a few small trees. The distance to the beach is 300 m but it has big stones. The distance to the nearest sandy beach is 700m. A restaurant and bar are situated 7 minutes walking distance away (660 m). A café is 6 minutes away on foot (590 m) and a supermarket is 7 minutes away on foot (710 m). The old town and city centre are 10-15 minutes walking distance away (1.2 km). The Roman site Baños de la Reina is 10 minutes away by car (3.1 km). Alicante Airport is 50 minutes away by car (76 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are permitted upon request.
