Wonderful finca for 6 people, with private pool and views to the mountains located 1.5 km from Calvià and near the beach of Palmanova.
The surroundings of this country house are magic thanks to the field , the forest and the beautiful views to the mountains around. Enjoy a delicious breakfast each morning at the terrace and then go to the pool area. Private, water salt and sizing 5 x 3 metres and with a 1.6 metres of water depth, the pool invites to cool down after basking in the sun on one of the 6 sun loungers, the Bali bed or the artificial lawn. After that, enjoy a succulent barbecue at the porch alfresco. There is a shower bathroom in the exterior area. There are neighbours around.

The building welcomes you with a spacious living-dining-kitchen in a modern but rustic style. The room features AC and a wood stove and you can cook your best dishes on the gas cooktop. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, all with AC, closet and exit to the terrace. One of them offers an en-suite with a shower and a double bed and the other two have twin beds, There is another shower bathroom in the house as well as 1 baby cot and 1 high-chair that complete the equipment.

The property is located only 1.5 km away from Calvià, so you can enjoy a peaceful and privileged environment having at the same time all needed services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc, nearby. The nearest beach is in Palmanova about 7.9 km away and the nearest golf course, also in Palmanova, is about 8.1 km away.

A great trip!
We had a super holiday and really enjoyed staying here. The host family are lovely and vert responsive to requests. You definitely need a car when staying here as it’s rural.

Peaceful location
The villa is in a very peaceful location but with easy access to motorways. There are some good restaurants close by in Calvia. Our host was very helpful with suggestions. The pool is small but was perfect for cooling down on hot days.

Das Haus ist genau wie in dem Inserat angegeben. Es fehlte an nichts und auch für ein Kleinkind war die Ausstattung vorhanden. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage und waren absolut zufrieden. Wir können uns auf jeden Fall vorstellen wieder zu kommen.

Traumhaftes authentisches Domizil
Wir hatten zu dritt eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser urigen Finca, die von den Besitzern mit viel Liebe modernisiert worden ist. Kein überflüssiger Schnickschnack, Altes mit Neuem kombiniert, hohe Decken mit Original-Dachbalken, Steinfußböden, blitzblanke Bäder mit begehbaren Duschen plus drittem Außenbad, überdachte Terrassen gen Ost und West sowie viel Platz vor dem Haus mit einem imposanten uralten Olivenbaum vor dem Haus, welcher abends beleuchtet wird. Für die ersten kühlen Tage und Nächte kamen uns die in jedem Zimmer eingebauten Heizelemente sowie der Kamin zugute, an den warmen Tagen dann der coole Mini-Pool mit zugehörigen Liegen. Das Grundstück ist herrlich groß und eingezäunt, und man ist umgeben von Obstwiesen, alles ruhig, nur die Osterlämmchen blökten fröhlich. Eine Oase für den, der Ruhe sucht. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterfamilie war hervorragend, und wir konnten die überlassenen Orangen und Zitronen vom eigenen Hain leider gar nicht ganz verbrauchen. Man benötigt natürlich ein Auto, Calviá ist ca 7 Autominuten entfernt und bietet einheimischen Supermarkt, Restaurant und einige wenige Bars. Alles abseits vom Rummel - den hätte man etwas weiter im Süden bei Santa Ponca und Palmanova. Wir waren immer happy, nach unseren Tagesausflügen in unsere Oase zurückzukehren. Erholung pur!

Wundervoll gelegenes Ferienhaus in Calvià
Das Haus liegt sehr einsam inmitten von Mandelbaum- und Zitronenplantagen. Genau das, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. In 20 Minuten ist man an einem der zahllosen Stränden. Abends saßen wir mit einem Glas Wein unter einem großen Baum direkt vor der Eingangstür. Ein Traum.
