“Staff was very friendly, helpful. Rooms not very well maintained. Not very clean. Breakfast was not really breakfast. Lobby area too small.”

“Clean room and property was overall nice.”

“We love staying here! We love the spa and just everything about the hotel!”

“Good location. Property needs to be updated & maintained better.”

“Okay.”

“The property was great!”

“My visit was disgusting. The hallway and entryway look like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The staff was nonexistent. The person who checked me in was virtual and it took a long time because she couldn’t see my drivers license. When I got to my room, the bedspread was either dirty or stained. “Good”

“Beautiful hotel. Very clean. The staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“All in all, it was a good stay. The gentleman that ran the place made sure we had our key even though we showed up late. My only complaint was that the air conditioner/heater did not have a working constant fan button. Button would not work. Other than that, it was an easy stay and quiet for the family”

“Far enough from the freeway to get a peaceful rest.”

“I’m not one to complain, but this place was horrible! The gentleman that ran the front desk and took my call about the air conditioner not working in my room had the worst attitude! I will never stay there again!”
