Loved the owner. Food was very good. Unfortunately there is no insulation between rooms or floors. You could hear everything beside you and above you.

It was like stepping into someone's home! They have created a beautiful setting that is really perfection and the amenities are superb. Peaceful, quiet place to restore your spirit and the breakfast was outstanding every morning, fresh fruit cups and everything prepared just for you when you order. I loved everything about the place and the Inn Keepers were so well informed on where to go and what is happening in the area. On a score of 1-10...I'd give them at 15! Thank you again for your great hospitality. We'll see you again next year and you are in our thoughts!!! jan

Great B&B

This is a really lovely place to stay. Couldn't fault anything. Everywhere was spotless and very tastefully decorated. The room was spacious with a settee and a fridge, which was handy for keeping water cold and also chocolate!! The bed was so comfy, we slept really well. We had patio doors opening onto a covered balcony, which was an added bonus. The breakfast was very tasty and plenty of it, we also enjoyed our little chats afterwards with Karen and Paul and they were very kind to us. There was a fantastic chipshop in the village and a really nice park. Great place for getting to Tintagel, Port Isaac, Boscastle and Trebarwith Strand and many other places.We would definitely stay with them again.

Cannot Top Toppersfield

Karen is the perfect hostess in what is a beautifully boutique B&B. Everything is arranged so that you have the best possible experience. We enjoyed the comfortable room and stunning bathroom and the wonderful breakfasts were a perfect start to the day . Nothing was too much trouble whilst we were there and we would certainly recommend it to anyone.

A very Pleasant Experience.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We felt welcomed and were looked after having our needs met. We do not hesitate to recommend Toppesfield House as a place to stay and will consider staying there again as the need arises.

Lovely room

Lovely hilltop location overlooking a magnificent garden. Room very large and beautifully decorated. Excellent bath and shower. Thoughtful decor and very comfortable bed and chair. Highly recommend.

Best B&B we have stopped in

Think this is the best B&B we have ever stayed in, attention to detail is fantastic. All fixtures and fittings are the best quality and give the rooms the luxurious feel. Loved the balcony. The owners are really nice and helpful. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely return.
