Beautiful modern resort. They have a very relaxing pool which also has a pool bar and activities like volleyball and water aerobics. The class was taught my the instructor Monty. She’s really nice. They also have a pool on the roof top which has day parties. The room is very modern with a clean aesthetic. Check out the spa. I received a wonderful massage for my bday. They made my birthday very special.

Everything here is so beautiful. Staff is friendly and always going above and beyond to serve you.Special thanks to Virgilio , Alan and Martin. Martin is the most efficient waiter i ever met. For the amount of money it costs to vacation at this resort requesting to play line dance music should discourage. Also it was like as a guest I could only have fun and be a little loud if it was a staff member leading an activity. I was apart of a big group over 22 and it felt like we had an act like we were at a senior citizen home. Not cool at all.

I recommend staying here. Arrival & departure was easy. We were greeted, helped w/our bags & escorted. It was my Bday trip, so they had a happy birthday banner on the door when we arrived. I didn’t get to enjoy all of the restaurants they offer but I did go to Spoon for breakfast and lunch (5/5), Barefoot Grill (5/5), Fish Nets (5/5) & Silk City (for hibachi, 3.5/5). Also ordered room service multiple times and enjoyed the bars (5/5). We got massages that felt amazing but pricing was higher than expected. The couples massage was $310. I had coupons for $40 off but the guy said I could not use on a couples massage, even tho the coupon says it can be used for all spa services. I hated that. Some employees were trying to waste our time w/time shares, that was annoying. I’m pretty stern tho so we were left alone after I politely declined. The beach is directly behind the resort & has pretty, clear water. I enjoyed the stay overall.

The food was really good. Most staff members were nice, some of the bar tenders had an attitude or was not as friendly. They also did not sell top shelf liquor. The bar tender in the lobby was rude and the bar tender at the rooftop pool lower level was rude. Also you can not take shots at the upstairs pool level.

First it started off with us booking a front ocean view on Expedia and we got a partial ocean view. We spoke to the front desk and we got nothing but attitude and she offered us to upgrade which made us upset even more since we paid for it already. The upgrade price was ridiculous on top of that. She started us with the wrong vibe. The smell of urine by the rooms. We ordered room service for food two times during our stay and got the food 2-3 hours later. 3 hours for 1 burger and 1 hotdog. We stood there 6 days and every day there was 2-3 restaurants closed because short of stuff and the restaurants that opened were 1-2 hours wait. Too many rules! The shoes should not matter! They told my husband to change and then we see other people with flip flops at dinner. No need for a Strict dress code that did not make sense when the women are allowed to wear bathing suits but the men can not wear tank tops. The pool water for both pools were so hot! All guest were complaining. The hotel is lacking entertainment at night. Guest were bored! The food was basic. No eating by the pool makes no sense. We paid a lot of money for our stay and I’m sure a lot of other people do. Hopefully for the next guest you will make a better impression and vibe.

Didn’t care for this resort and spa location. Loud traffic noise was horrible and view was disappointing for ocean view. We were placed in a room with port view and community beach. Sirens all night long.

Everything was great! It felt very luxurious. The staff was helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and pristine. The food was just ok, some of it quiet tasty and the rest was adequate, but expected for an all-inclusive. We had a lot of fun at the pools. Overall I’d highly recommend this resort!
