The room was dirty and outdated, The Staff was not helpful and food was bad at the Italian restaurant and both of the buffets. The only good restaurant was Mexico Lindo food was delicious and the server was amazing and helpful. The drinks from the bars were ok...It was not what I expected from the photos and others reviews.

Room was clean, staff wasn’t very amicable and the food was most of the time cold in the buffet and we could only make 2 restaurant reservations for our whole stay there is only 2 buffet restaurants for all the people in hotel and only one of those was open for dinner, won’t be back to the hotel! There was several couples that saw the same things we did and they weren’t happy either

Nice place to come to with family young and old. Despite the standard room I had being dated, it was clean and comfortable to sleep and relax in. There were plenty of lounge chairs available at the pool and beach. The shows were amazing especially the Michael Jackson show. Overall, it was a great stay

I've been going for the past 5 years, probably 12 times and I see the same staff working there. The front guys great me with a smile and I'm always happy to see them. Jose the concierge leads me to my room and asks if I need any beverages or witch restaurant I want to make reservations to. Throughout my vacation he follows up and makes sure my stay is pleasant. The bartenders know your drinks and even will bring them to you as your drink is empty. I love this place!

The hotel is ok, it has fun activities in the pool that’s can maintain u entertained. The food can be better. I had an issue with the room bathroom and they fix it right away. Some staff are friendly. Also at the buffet some staff when they see u go there more than 4 times seems like it bothers or something they make faces and start looking at each other. Overall it was ok, although is not a hotel I may stay again.

The food was good, with a nice variety of options. Also variety of drinks was ok. Staff was kind and helpful. It would be nicer to have more places with shadow on the beach. The only downside was the somewhat persistent push to become members or purchase additional packages. This also took up quite a bit of our time, when all we really wanted was to relax and enjoy our time there.

The hotel is descent. AC was not working properly. The food was ok better than We've had in other local resorts. Convenient location not far from la.Isla Mall. Beach was nice. Entertainment was good. Had overall a great time.

While the property was clean , and the staff was nice, this is what I would call a "budget all inclusive hotel." Guests are limited to only being able to visit the (non-buffet) restaurants with a reservation, despite there being vacancy every night. Guests are only able to make reservations very early in the morning and in person, and are limited to only making one reservation every three nights.
