She’s very accommodating. Room was very nice with an ocean view. Liz, Nelson, and Angelo at the restaurant and Allan at the bar were great. We were disappoint with the following reasons: 1\. We didn’t get housekeeping service after our first night despite having the sign that said between 8am-3pm. We came back at 4pm and ended up asking for fresh towels. 2\. Some towels smelled damp. 3\. We asked for dental kits during the evening but it did not come. We had to request again the next day. 4\. No laundry bag given to put our wet clothes and asked for plastic bag instead and was given 2\. When asked for more since it was small, staff said they can only provide 2\. Given that we paid a lot. 5\. Restaurant reservations. We stayed for 5 nights and can only book 2 reservations. I asked front desk and they said to just ask the staff at the restaurant for walk ins. Went to 2 restaurants and they don’t allow walk ins. When I told front desk, they sent me the next day to the staff that manage the app. When I talked to the person, they told me to come back the next day. I just decided that there’s no point coming back since we are leaving the next day. We were very disappointed that my friends and I weren’t able to have dinner together in one of the restaurants since we only have 2 nights altogether. One of the best features is that all rooms have an ocean view, which was absolutely beautiful. During our four-night stay, I watched the sunrise every morning, which made the trip even more special. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and both the welcome and departure processes were smooth and well organized. The food was generally good, although the salad selection was a bit limited. The omelet chef at the breakfast buffet was especially friendly and memorable. The drinks, ice cream, and desserts were excellent. The resort offers many pool options for all ages, and we especially enjoyed kayaking. I also appreciated that staff regularly came around the pool to take food and drink orders, which made everything very convenient. The Kids Club was great, offering a variety of activities and water play. My child spent about four hours there, which gave me some relaxing time. There was also evening entertainment every day, including a kids’ show at 7 pm and a show for all guests at 9 pm. The clown show for kids and the American pop singer tribute show were both very entertaining. One small downside was that the return-guest sales offer was presented twice, which felt a bit uncomfortable. Also, some activities like the arcade and laser tag require extra payment. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay."
