Our All-Inclusive gave you access to about a third of the bars and restaurants, which we should have been made aware of upfront. The staff was great, very helpful, and friendly. The Emergency 24-hour medical folks never answered their door when we rang the bell and knocked. Had a significant laceration and couldn’t get it taken care of. The food was so-so and one of us got food poisoning from an outdoor grill location. One of two very small elevators didn’t work in our building and we were on the 6th floor, to say we got our steps in is an understatement. We won’t be back.
