“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“Clean, modern hotel with class. Very good, fresh and tasty food with beautiful presentation; much better than anticipated (from my previous experiences in a 4star in Mexico). Checkin and checkout was quick and efficient. The only issue is a dire lack of palapas or other shade at the beach (10 palapas for a hotel that size?!) and the hotel layout was a maze on day1 - they should be handing out a property map.”

“Great from beginning to end, great view, great location for walking to supermarket with very affordable food on the second floor- super chedraui. Beach is raised up and then steps down into the ocean but the water is so calm there and no seaweed. Lifeguard on duty and snorkeling right there. Lastly I love the look of the hotel, almost every other hotel is a souless highrise, the beautiful villas are only 5 stories and the architecture is amazing ”

“The service was terrible. I left a jacket in the self-service restaurant, and an employee said they saw it, but when I inquired about it, there was no result.
