“We were very disappointed. We thought it was all inclusive. That was our filter search. When we arrived they wanted $2000 for all inclusive. If we knew this would not have booked hotel. It was definitely not what we were expecting. ”

“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“The service was terrible. I left a jacket in the self-service restaurant, and an employee said they saw it, but when I inquired about it, there was no result. I even asked the front desk, but the jacket was simply gone. Although it wasn't worth much, I'm truly disappointed with this kind of service.”
