We have been to this property plenty of times but this time it was even better since we booked with Expedia. We was given an awesome room with an amazing view right on the ocean. Tarzan the play makers was so great and the check in people were very friendly as well.

Only good things was the servers. They harassed us multiples times over a subscription to their hotel. They would send us messages, look for us, and come up to us even while eating. There is a fee for everything, the package is a literal scam. You cannot enjoy your time because they are constantly trying to sell you things. They will offer you packages that dont include everything they list, stick to the Expedia ones. You cannot take pictures, just so that they can sell you pictures for 200 USD. The food was absolutely disgusting, and shredded everybody's stomach. Its also very repetitive. When you get there they dont tell you any information. For example if there is a spa, they don't tell you that you have to book the spa a day before. The drinks are also super watered down.

I rated 4 out of 5 because the food was mediocre, but then again you don’t come here for the food 😂. Very fun and entertaining. The pool and parties at nightlife are so much fun there’s no need to leave the resort to party.
